The Mechanical Maintenance Specialist – Bottling & Processing role is onsite in Riverdale, IL, on second shift from 3:30 p.m. to midnight, with weekends as business needs. What you'll do

  • Repair, install, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot machinery and facility systems
  • diagnose mechanical faults
  • use fitting, plumbing, fabrication, machining, and basic welding skills
  • operate shop equipment to fabricate and repair parts
  • perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
  • document work in the CMMS
  • complete equipment setups, relocations, and changeovers
  • troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and 120–480 VAC circuits
  • follow safety, Lockout/Tagout, GMP, and PPE requirements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED, three or more years of mechanical maintenance experience in high-speed packaging, bottling, or similar manufacturing, and two or more years diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues. Basic welding experience is strongly preferred.
