The Senior Forward Deployed Accountant role is hybrid in Los Angeles, CA, with a stated base pay range of $150,000–$190,000 per year plus eligibility for a commission plan. The role supports FloQast’s Transform product line and requires working in the office three days per week; travel to customer sites may be up to 60% as needed. As part of the founding forward-deployed accountant cohort, this role helps enterprise customers adopt and expand use of AI Agents for accounting automation. It combines accounting-process consulting with technical implementation, troubleshooting, customer adoption support, and feedback to product teams to advance the Transform roadmap.

What you'll do

• Architect and deploy AI Agents for accounting processes
• lead transformation engagements
• guide workflow redesign and change management
• troubleshoot Python scripts, SQL, APIs, integrations, and data flows
• develop adoption recovery plans
• share product feedback
• oversee implementation partners
• and travel to customer sites as needed, up to 60%.
