The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position provides in-home care in Southaven, MS, and surrounding communities. Starting pay is $13–$15 per hour, based on experience. Help at Home provides in-home support to seniors and individuals with disabilities, with a focus on dignity and independence at home and in the community. Working under RN/LPN supervision and a written plan of care, the CNA assists clients with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. The role supports client safety and continuity of care through timely documentation and collaboration with the supervising nurse and local office team.

What you'll do

• Provide respectful hands-on care while protecting privacy and confidentiality
• assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
• help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• support community activities and provide transportation as assigned
• follow the written care plan and RN/LPN direction
• document care and observations each shift
• collaborate with the supervising nurse and local office team.

Why this role

Active Mississippi CNA status and listing on the Mississippi Nurse Aide Registry are required; no previous work experience is required. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
