What you'll do

• Oversee waiver-funded services
• support compliance with DBHDD requirements and person-centered practices
• participate in quality improvement and risk management
• develop and review Individual Support Plans
• monitor participant progress
• review assessments
• oversee applicable behavior and crisis plans
• train and guide staff
• maintain compliant documentation
• and collaborate with participants, families, providers, and agency leadership. Travel within the assigned service area for visits, consultations, assessments, and quality reviews.
