What you'll do

• Review insurance scopes of loss and awarded coverage
• create revised estimates and document line items
• submit estimates to insurance providers for review
• discuss scope of work with assigned adjusters
• communicate claim progress and explain claim financials to homeowners
• prepare final invoices and submit them to insurers after work is complete
• coordinate account updates with the sales team
• run assigned adjuster meetings
• use Xactimate estimation software
• apply knowledge of roofing systems and manufacturers.
