What you'll do

• Support new-hire orientation and product education

• serve as Manager on Duty as needed, including opening, closing, banking, and store security
• advise customers and caregivers on cannabis products
• participate in patient intake and recordkeeping
• process transactions
• resolve concerns
• support merchandising and regulatory records.
