What you'll do

• Monitor patient access, provider productivity, visit volume, and workflows
• hire, onboard, manage, and develop Health Center Managers
• conduct performance reviews and support succession planning
• monitor revenue, expenses, and budget variances
• support revenue-cycle performance and billing compliance
• ensure compliance with applicable safety, program, accreditation, and clinical quality standards
• review patient satisfaction and guide service recovery
• support growth initiatives and community partnerships
• travel regularly between health centers in North/Central Maryland.
