What you'll do

• Welcome clients
• answer calls and respond to texts and emails
• share information about therapists, services, and products
• resolve concerns
• schedule appointments
• check clients in
• process payments
• maintain accurate client contact information and service history
• monitor inventory, order supplies, and keep the environment tidy. May support marketing, promotional efforts, off-site events, and culture-building activities.
