What you'll do

• Serve as subject matter expert for marine electrical and electronic systems throughout production
• lead diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
• test, commission, calibrate, and validate vessel systems
• verify installation and function of electrical and electronic equipment
• troubleshoot CAN bus, NMEA 2000, Ethernet, and proprietary networks
• support integration and validation of marine electronics and other controlled equipment
• review schematics and designs
• partner with engineering and suppliers to resolve issues
• mentor technicians
• improve testing and diagnostic processes
• maintain testing equipment
• support prototype builds, sea trials, launches, and field investigations
• ensure compliance with applicable standards.
