What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education for new or transitioning home health and hospice nurses
• create curriculum, onboarding, and residency materials
• assess education trends and needs
• build relationships with educational institutions and professional organizations
• coordinate peer support and participant check-ins
• report program updates and workforce data
• assist with grant tracking and reporting.
