UPS Maintenance and Service Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to technicians
• support the UPS service roadmap and technician development
• perform onsite maintenance, testing, repairs, and commissioning as needed
• provide advanced diagnostics and escalation support
• coordinate emergency response, field activities, installations, upgrades, and service projects
• support reporting and parts sourcing
• and uphold safety, quality, OSHA, NFPA 70E, manufacturer, and internal requirements.
