What you'll do

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• troubleshoot basic hardware, software, operating system, and network issues
• install and maintain systems and standard applications
• respond to support requests through ticketing systems, phone, and in person
• escalate complex issues
• assist with account access and password resets
• document incidents and resolutions
• follow IT policies and security standards.
