What you'll do

• Set strategic direction and accountability for the Network Engineering organization
• develop the engineering vision and performance measures
• lead workforce planning and talent development
• own broadband, transport, backbone, and supporting network architecture and technology roadmaps
• direct network design, capacity planning, performance optimization, and lifecycle management
• lead expansion, upgrades, and capital projects
• manage vendor relationships and technology investments
• establish governance and compliance practices
• manage engineering budgets and investment planning
• and collaborate with Operations, Construction, NOC, Product, Customer Operations, IT, and executive leadership.
