Medical Assistant

Job overview

What you'll do

• Provide primary and behavioral health care within certification scope
• administer and monitor medications at the clinic and in the community
• support treatment planning
• identify risks and respond appropriately
• maintain clinic hours and see some clients in the community
• obtain laboratory specimens
• document services in the electronic health record
• coordinate with clinic staff and community resources
• assist with transportation when needed.
