What you'll do

• Drive project delivery from concept through handover
• manage scope, schedule, and budget baselines
• coordinate architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape teams
• govern milestones and reviews
• manage consultants and contractors
• document and approve changes
• maintain risk registers and mitigation
• manage RFI and submittal cycles
• report project health
• coordinate handover documentation
• mentor project managers
• support feasibility, procurement strategy, and consultant appointments.
