What you'll do

• Manage assigned self-development sites from acquisition through construction handoff
• maintain integrated schedules, critical paths, milestones, and deliverables
• track owner budgets, cash flow, and variances
• coordinate permitting, entitlements, diligence, and closing workstreams
• coordinate internal teams and external consultants
• maintain risk registers and action logs
• prepare executive status reports
• coordinate consultant scopes, purchase orders, and invoice validation
• manage handoff against defined exit criteria.
