What you'll do

• Manage the leasing process from inquiries through signing and renewal

• recommend space improvements and curate events to support leasing and tenant experience
• serve as the primary tenant contact
• oversee member billing, accounts receivable, operational expenses, and billing-system accuracy
• lead automation and process optimization
• maintain accountability for facility operations and member satisfaction
• handle crisis management and after-hours emergency escalations.
