Risk Operations Analyst

What you'll do

• Review new and existing accounts for potentially fraudulent activity
• verify customer information, documents, and identification
• conduct KYC due diligence and fraud reviews
• contact customers about missing documentation or clarification
• review newly onboarded accounts within established SLAs
• identify red flags and make decisions with minimal supervision
• research and highlight risk-management trends.
