What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• operate dishwashers, sanitizers, trash compactors, and glass crushers
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and food preparation equipment
• segregate and remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment safely
• assist with banquet table and front-of-house setup
• load, unload, and deliver supplies and products
• distribute supplies and equipment
• comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
