What you'll do
- Oversee daily sterile and/or non-sterile compounding
- supervise and support compounding personnel
- ensure preparations follow prescriptions, approved formulations, procedures, and applicable USP requirements
- perform final verification and release
- review calculations, ingredients, labeling, records, and quality checks
- maintain regulatory compliance
- support quality investigations and corrective actions
- and coach and train technicians.
