What you'll do

• Lead returns processing, inspection, disposition, refurbishment, and value-added services
• oversee kitting, bundling, relabeling, repackaging, product reconfiguration, and SKU transformation programs
• maintain production, quality, inventory accuracy, reliability, and safety standards
• hire, train, coach, and develop supervisors and associates
• coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders
• monitor labor utilization and operational KPIs
• prepare performance reports
• support quality initiatives, corrective actions, root cause analysis, audits, cycle counts, and process improvements.
