Job overview
The Driver Class B Trainee role is an onsite position based in Munford, TN. The compensation is $23.00 per hour. This role supports the Safety-Kleen team in providing environmental services. The role exists to train individuals to operate a Class B box truck for onsite service of parts washer machines and the collection of hazardous waste. The trainee will also engage in sales activities and route management to contribute to the company's environmental sustainability goals.
What you'll do
- Comply with all safe work practices and policies.
- Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups.
- Switch out 15- and 30-gallon drums of solutions.
- Collect and label hazardous waste.
- Generate leads and sell products/services to existing accounts.
- Operate vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
