What you'll do

• Build relationships with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• explain community features, floorplans, amenities, and pricing
• respond to inquiries and follow up
• manage leasing steps including applicant qualification, lease preparation, move-ins, and rent calculations
• maintain leasing and application records
• support leases, renewals, and waitlists
• conduct outreach and networking
• keep the leasing office, model apartments, and amenities tour-ready
• apply Fair Housing laws and company policies.

Why this role

Weekend rotation is required. High school diploma or equivalent is required; two years of leasing, sales, or hospitality experience is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
