What you'll do

• Own the claims-automation product strategy and roadmap
• map operational processes to technology
• determine where AI/ML or deterministic rules should be used
• define AI quality and workflow metrics
• design human-in-the-loop workflows and audit trails
• make build-versus-buy decisions
• lead cross-functional initiatives and a pod of engineers, designers, and data scientists
• translate regulatory requirements into product requirements
• write product specifications
• use data and experimentation to improve accuracy and throughput.
