The Employment Specialist / Job Coach role is onsite in Burnsville, MN, with stated pay of $22–$25 per hour. HealthChoice Waiver Services’ Employment Services team helps adults with disabilities find, prepare for, and maintain meaningful employment. The specialist provides individualized job preparation and on-the-job coaching to help clients build skills, confidence, and independence. The role also works with employers and community partners, documents progress, and follows individualized service plans.
