What you'll do

• Work toward personal sales and team revenue goals
• motivate and develop team members to deliver a strong membership experience
• support results at the membership services desk
• recognize team successes
• learn and follow club procedures and policies
• follow up with sales leads and prospects
• communicate club policies to employees
• support programs and promotions that generate membership leads
• promote a welcoming atmosphere
• help ensure cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security standards
• support a culture of cleanliness
• perform against measurable key performance indicators.
