What you'll do

• Direct planning, implementation, monitoring, and supervision of ISAP programs, services, and employees
• manage hiring, training, work assignments, and performance
• ensure contractual compliance and prepare operational reports
• develop strategies for operational and financial objectives
• serve as local DHS/ICE contact and provide required reports and notifications
• communicate with staff and community organizations
• administer office security and quality control plans
• track and supervise participants
• oversee participant violation documentation.
