What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Team Leader on recruiting, onboarding, and cross-training
• help implement standards for animal care, safety, cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and security
• facilitate staff training
• coach and recognize team members
• support local partnerships, events, and brand-building activities.
