What you'll do

• Quote, write, and service multi-line insurance policies
• set appointments and guide prospects through the sales process
• maintain activity, pipeline, and customer records
• meet weekly and monthly sales and service goals
• identify coverage gaps and cross-sell during account reviews
• develop business through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups
• handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes.
