What you'll do

• Supervise front office, housekeeping, laundry, and bar staff
• oversee front desk activities and hotel standards
• assist guests and resolve escalated concerns
• coordinate department communication and schedules
• support hiring, training, and staff development
• monitor front office payroll, occupancy, and room rates
• manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and payment follow-up
• take a supervisory role in emergencies
• oversee property operations in the General Manager’s absence.
