What you'll do

• Conduct and improve new hire onboarding, lead recruitment efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions, oversee employment advertising, serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, address employee relations issues, maintain accurate employee records, partner with Payroll, manage performance review processes, administer compensation and merit review programs, identify training needs, and coordinate internal and external training programs.
