The Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Journey Travel is an onsite role based in Massachusetts, United States. Compensation is specified at $50.00 per hour. This role exists to provide physical therapy treatments to patients to facilitate increased independence and functioning under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans, instruct patients and caregivers, and maintain timely documentation to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

What you'll do

• Travel nationwide for 13-week assignments
• provide physical therapy treatments including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and manual therapy
• contribute to patient care and staffing conferences
• maintain timely documentation
• instruct patients and families in treatment techniques
• clean and maintain equipment
• ensure patient service first.
