What you'll do

• Prepare and cook a variety of foods, including modified-diet foods, according to standard recipes
• prepare sufficient quantities for service
• coordinate preparation with meal schedules
• estimate food needs and use leftovers efficiently
• present food attractively
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• follow food-handling and safety procedures
• assist with inventory and stock rotation.
