The Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent role is onsite in Bensenville, IL. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour, based on experience. The auditor handles guest arrivals and requests, reservations, payments, and nightly audit procedures while maintaining accurate records. What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide check-in and check-out service
• handle reservations, phone calls, payments, and overnight guest requests
• perform nightly audit procedures and maintain accurate transaction records
• use ChoiceADVANTAGE and other hotel systems
• assist guests with Park, Sleep & Fly packages
• respond professionally to concerns
• prepare the front desk and reports for the morning team
• communicate important information to management and other departments
• help maintain a safe, welcoming overnight environment.
