Scientist Group Leader

The Scientist Group Leader role is onsite in Devens, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8 a.m.–5 p.m. and overtime as needed. Compensation is $84,000–$94,000 per year. Eurofins provides analytical testing and laboratory services across life sciences and other industries. The role leads development and implementation of analytical procedures and specifications supporting development and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients. It contributes to product quality and regulatory readiness through method development, testing, documentation, instrument maintenance, and compliance with applicable guidelines.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute phase-appropriate analytical methods under ICH and Health Authority guidelines
• perform release and stability testing on materials and APIs
• author and review method qualification, validation, and transfer documents
• maintain and troubleshoot analytical instruments
• support audit readiness and participate in audits
• ensure compliance with GMP, DEA, FDA, and other applicable regulations.
