Job overview
The Seasonal Stylist role is onsite in Washington, DC, at Catbird’s Georgetown store. Pay is $20 per hour plus commission. Catbird is a destination for gifts and jewelry, including its in-house jewelry line made in Brooklyn with ethically sourced materials and conflict-free stones. This seasonal role supports the store team by helping customers find and understand jewelry through attentive service, product education, and personalized styling. It also contributes to smooth store operations through inventory support, upkeep, and accurate checkout.
What you'll do
- Welcome and engage customers
- explain Catbird and designer jewelry
- offer styling recommendations based on customer preferences
- assist with restocking, receiving, inventory, visual standards, in-store pickups, tag audits, and opening and closing tasks
- process sales accurately using the point-of-sale system.
