What you'll do

• Review, prepare, fill, and dispense medication orders
• ensure medications are handled, stored, and prepared according to pharmacy standards
• provide medication information to healthcare professionals and patients
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• monitor therapy for interactions, dosing concerns, and contraindications
• participate in the Antibiotic Stewardship Program
• support automated dispensing systems and IV medication processes as applicable
• document in the electronic medical record
• provide pharmacy leadership support when assigned.

Why this role

PRN, as-needed hours. Requires a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and an active pharmacist license in the state of employment.
