Project Manager and Estimator — Commercial Roofing

What you'll do

• Guide project setup and operations on compliance, goals, profitability, scheduling, and manpower
• manage superintendent and foreman workflows
• maintain project and change-order information
• coordinate master schedules with the COO and team
• purchase materials and secure subcontractors
• support billing and forecasting
• verify completed work and billing accuracy
• coordinate warranties and closeout
• attend project meetings and jobsite visits as needed.
