The Human Resources Business Partner role is onsite in Denton, TX, with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule; compensation is commensurate with experience. The HR Business Partner provides strategic and practical HR guidance to university departments and employees. By using HR data, supporting employee relations and organizational change, and coordinating with HR functions, the role helps align people practices and service delivery with university goals.

What you'll do

• Conduct workplace investigations and prepare reports
• advise departments, managers, and employees on employee relations, performance, compensation, benefits and leave, engagement, compliance, policy interpretation, and institutional effectiveness
• coach on problem resolution
• research HR practices and trends
• collaborate with HR functions
• contribute to special projects through research and analysis.

Why this role
