What you'll do

• Provide individualized financial strategies and referral recommendations for students at risk of attrition for financial reasons
• counsel students and families about financial aid, loans, scholarships, work-study, and part-time jobs
• use professional judgment to determine when intervention is warranted
• support recruitment and retention through presentations and communications
• identify at-risk students and follow up
• coordinate outreach with campus offices and student support teams.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree and zero to two years of comparable experience. Customer service experience is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Completion of the OSU Ambassador Program or comparable program is required within the first year after hire, subject to course availability.
