What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• identify signs and symptoms of physiologic and psychosocial changes
• collect, analyze, and interpret care information and document nursing diagnoses
• document care plans, expected outcomes, and interventions
• perform interventions according to priorities and the plan of care
• revise plans based on evaluations and changes in the medical plan
• use clinical judgment to establish care priorities
• perform other RN duties as assigned.
