State Implementation Manager, Child Support Modernization

What you'll do

• Oversee implementation activities leading up to and during pilot and system rollout
• coordinate information between project groups
• work with project management and organizational change teams to resolve issues and recommend policy or procedure changes
• track implementation status and potential issues
• coordinate state-level tasks to keep existing and modernized systems in sync
• oversee acceptance criteria for transitions from testing to pilot and rollout
• coordinate functional and technical implementation efforts, meetings, site readiness, training, and communications.
