What you'll do

• Perform repairs and daily upkeep involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and janitorial work
• maintain buildings, amenities, parking, and trash areas
• manage work orders
• use pressure-washing and janitorial equipment
• handle chemicals safely
• operate a golf cart
• respond to after-hours emergencies
• run work-related errands as needed.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or similar, 40 contracted hours weekly. Additional compensation includes a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement. After-hours emergency availability is required; benefits eligibility begins after 30 days, with 401(k) eligibility after 90 days.
