What you'll do

• Support recruiting and outreach
• promote a positive candidate and hiring-manager experience
• assist with employee development training
• respond to employee concerns
• conduct onboarding, data entry, and orientation
• maintain insurance, retirement, and personnel transaction records
• process leaves and support compliance with FMLA, ADA, and applicable laws
• guide employees on HR policies
• prepare reports and analyze trends
• provide EAP referral support.
