Construction Superintendent

The Construction Superintendent role is onsite in North Charleston, SC. Compensation is not specified. It supports project delivery by directing field personnel, managing subcontractor and site activities, and communicating progress and issues to the Project Manager.

What you'll do

• Oversee, manage, and document daily job-site activities, including OSHA safety compliance
• direct field personnel according to the project plan
• communicate progress and issues to the Project Manager
• develop and maintain project schedules and progress reports
• coordinate safety meetings, inspections, subcontractors, and site logistics
• maintain project documentation, reports, logs, and drawings
• manage project closeout activities.

Why this role
