The Registered Nurse (RN), Medical-Surgical, Full-Time Days role is onsite in Hemet, CA. Compensation is $45.34–$62.48 per hour. The nurse joins KPC Global Medical Centers’ patient-centered team in an acute-care and/or non-acute-care setting. The role provides direct and indirect nursing care, coordinates individualized care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supports safe, high-quality patient outcomes. The nurse also contributes to quality assurance, policy review, and professional development activities.

What you'll do

• Provide patient care under hospital policies and evidence-based practices
• monitor progress and document findings in electronic medical records
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• administer ordered medications and treatments and monitor responses
• respond to emergencies
• follow safety, infection-control, and regulatory standards
• participate in quality improvement, in-service education, and staff training. Float or accept unit assignments based on patient-care needs and organizational priorities.
