What you'll do

• Procure bulk materials, equipment, tools, and consumables

• issue and evaluate requests for quotations
• develop purchase conditions and subcontract agreements
• prequalify suppliers and subcontractors
• conduct commercial bid evaluations and coordinate technical evaluations
• negotiate pricing and terms
• expedite supplier documentation and progress reports
• coordinate inspections, shipping releases, and delivery schedules
• issue and manage purchase orders and change orders
• verify invoices and complete commercial closeout.
