What you'll do

• Coach clients in independent living skills
• spend approximately 90% of work time in the field with clients and 10% on administration and documentation
• assist, monitor, and teach clients in daytime activities, personal hygiene, and appropriate behavior
• support grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and cleanup
• encourage clients with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• plan tasks and schedules that promote client goals
• document progress in case notes and quarterly reports.
