What you'll do

• Manage task-order performance and coordination
• serve as the central point of contact with DPW for task-order work
• ensure field compliance with design documents
• manage submittals, job-site files, and contract closeout documentation
• communicate issues, schedule conflicts, and logistics needs to project managers
• plan work-arounds, shutdowns, and tie-ins
• and prepare schedules, staffing needs, materials, equipment, and punch-list items.
