Program Aide, Outpatient PHP/IOP

The Program Aide role is full-time and onsite in Danville, CA, with pay of $24 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide direct care and supervision in the milieu
• offer one-to-one client support
• monitor client behavior, activities, peer dynamics, and safety
• conduct and facilitate psychoeducation groups and recreational activities
• manage crises and intervene when necessary
• complete client shift notes and group documentation
• facilitate urinalysis testing
• help maintain a constructive therapeutic community under center policies.
